Developed over 5000 years ago, Qigong is an ancient system of movement and breath exercises that cultivates peak physical health and peace of mind. It is officially known in China as the science of human potential and development.
Qigong practice opens our innate ability to heal, reduces stress and helps us reach our maximum human potential. Regular practice helps increase muscle tone and flexibility, as well as cultivates a sense of free-flowing energy in the body and enhances our connection to nature.
Natalia is a White Tiger Qigong Instructor, teaching 5 Element Qigong, 8 Trigram Qigong and 5 Animal Qigong forms.
She trained closely with Master Tevia Feng, White Tiger Qigong's Master Instructor and Founder, who has began his journey into Qigong, Martial Arts and Meditation at the age of 7. Natalia can now be regularly seen instructing alongside Tevia on White Tiger Qigong Teacher Training courses and offering Qigong Workshops and Classes in Abu Dhabi, UAE and other countries.

Taoist Qigong exercises that harmonize the body, breath and mind
White Tiger Qigong's specialty is deep dynamic Qigong which wrings out toxins and emotions out of the organs like sponge and wrings out blockages and emotions out of the meridians like a towel.
A signature feature of this Qigong is that it trains the practitioner to become flexible, yet strong and fluid all at the same time. This is practiced in our Dynamic Qigong forms. Dynamic forms range from balancing, deep stretching in low stances, to spinal twists that are most often derived from animal forms and dragon movements.

5 Element Qigong
5 Element Qigong is a powerful form that goes dynamically deep like no other Qigong. This is characterized by deep, strong stances, coupled with deep twists, long slow breaths, with special breath holding techniques while in the peak of the posture. There are a total of 5 Animal movements, which correlate with the 5 Elements.
8 Trigram Qigong
8 Trigram Organ Qigong is a flowy, continuously moving form. In this Qigong, you are developing the “Dragon body” as you flow in a serpent like manner. It focuses on deep core, rhythmic movements that gently massage all the internal organs. At the same time wringing out the meridians in the body.
5 Animal Qigong
The 5 Animal Qigong is the first Medical Qigong form ever created, by Chinese Medicine physician, Hua Tuo. It is the most dynamic of all forms, in that not only are we utilizing various stances and movements, but it is also continuously walking. There are a total of 20 Qigong forms in this module.
Workshops are a great way to get deeper into Qigong as they offer a combination of Theory and Practice. During my 2-day workshops, you can learn up to 5 powerful Qigong forms along with the introduction to Modern Fascia Research, Kinetic Chains, Chinese Medicine and its application to Qigong. You will also explore Qigong Breathing, Meditation and more!
